GloriaMundo provides an AI-powered conversational platform that enables intelligent, context-aware interactions through sophisticated model pricing and selection technologies. Our service utilizes multiple AI models through OpenRouter to provide responses to user queries.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you may be required to create an account using Google login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Update your information to keep it current
Protect your account credentials and not share them with others
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account

5. Credits and Payment

Our service operates on a credit system. Users can purchase credits which are used to access various AI models. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following:

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor (Stripe)
Credits never expire once purchased
Prices for credits are subject to change without notice
No refunds are provided for purchased credits except as required by law
Different AI models may consume different amounts of credits based on their capabilities and costs

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
Harass, abuse, or harm another person
Generate, upload, or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content

7. Content and Intellectual Property

By using our service, you may provide input to the service ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by providing User Content to the service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our service utilizes third-party AI models to generate responses. Please be aware of the following:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
You should verify important information from authoritative sources
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content
You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sentigral Limited and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. We will determine what constitutes a material change in our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
