Terms of Service
The agreement between you and GloriaMundo. Plain-language summary first, formal text below.
Last Updated: 9 April 2026
1. Plain-language summary
GloriaMundo is an AI workflow automation platform. You describe what you want to automate in plain English; we generate workflows that connect to your existing tools and execute them on your behalf.
AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate. Language models can hallucinate: they may fabricate facts, invent URLs, or generate code with errors. You are responsible for reviewing everything before relying on it. Our Virtual Run (Glass Box) preview shows you exactly what a workflow will do before it runs for real. When you approve a live run, you accept responsibility for the actions the agent takes on your connected accounts.
Your workflows act on third-party services (Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, and others) using permissions you have granted via OAuth. Those tokens are stored by Composio, a US-based third party. You are responsible for ensuring you have authority to perform the actions your workflows carry out and that doing so complies with those services' own terms.
We route AI requests dynamically between providers (Anthropic, Google, others via OpenRouter) based on cost, latency, and capability. The specific model used for any given request is not guaranteed. We have contractual commitments from providers that your prompts are not used for training.
Our liability is capped at the fees you have paid us in the last 12 months, or £100, whichever is greater. The service is provided "as is." These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
This summary is not a legal substitute for the formal text below.
2. The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and GloriaMundo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16729892), with its registered office at 21 Deacon Gardens, Seaton Carew, Hartlepool, England, TS25 1UU.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old to use GloriaMundo. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
One person per account. Do not share account credentials.
4. The service: what GloriaMundo does and does not do
GloriaMundo is an AI workflow automation platform. You describe automations in natural language and the system generates executable workflows. We provide:
- Access to large language model (LLM) inference via multiple AI providers
- A workflow builder with Virtual Run previews
- Integration with third-party services via OAuth (managed by Composio)
- Document ingestion and semantic retrieval (via Graphlit)
- Sandboxed code execution for workflow steps (via E2B)
- A conversation memory system (via Zep, opt-in)
- Image generation (via Google Vertex AI)
GloriaMundo does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Output is generated by language models and should not be treated as expert guidance.
We route requests dynamically between AI providers (Anthropic, Google, and others via OpenRouter) based on cost, latency, and capability. The specific model used for a given request is not guaranteed. You can influence model selection through preset settings (Economy, Balanced, Performance, Ultimate), but the final routing decision is ours.
5. AI output: accuracy, your responsibility to review, and the Glass Box preview
5.1 No guarantee of accuracy
Output is generated by language models and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose. Language models can hallucinate. This means they may generate fabricated facts, non-existent URLs, incorrect citations, or code that appears functional but contains errors or security vulnerabilities. You are solely responsible for reviewing all output before relying on it or acting on it.
5.2 The Virtual Run preview
Our Virtual Run (Glass Box) preview shows you what a workflow will do before it executes. READ actions fetch real data so you can see the actual results. WRITE actions are previewed only and do not cause side effects until you approve a live run. The Virtual Run is your opportunity to verify that the workflow behaves as you intend. By approving a workflow run, you accept responsibility for the actions the agent takes on your behalf.
5.3 Agent autonomy
AI agents select actions within workflows and may use correction and retry loops to complete tasks. Sub-agents can be spawned to handle sub-tasks. The scope of what an agent does within a workflow may extend beyond a single literal instruction. The Virtual Run preview is the control mechanism: review it before approving.
5.4 No-training commitment
We do not use your data to train AI models. We have contractual commitments from our AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter) that your prompt content is not used for model training. We pass these commitments through to you.
6. Connected accounts and third-party services
When you connect third-party services (Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, and others) via OAuth, you grant specific permissions (scopes) to act on those accounts. Your OAuth tokens are stored by Composio, a US-based third party, not by us. Disconnecting an integration in GloriaMundo revokes the token at Composio.
Workflows can perform write actions on your connected accounts, such as sending emails, creating calendar events, or modifying files. You are responsible for:
- Understanding what permissions you grant when connecting a service
- Ensuring you have authority to perform the actions your workflows carry out
- Complying with the third-party service's own terms of service
- Reviewing the Virtual Run preview before approving write operations
We are not responsible for failures, changes, or outages in third-party services. If a connected service modifies its API or revokes access, your workflows may not execute as expected.
7. User content and your responsibilities
7.1 Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide to the service ("User Content"), including conversations, workflows, uploaded files, and configuration documents. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
7.2 AI-generated content
Copyright ownership of AI-generated works is legally uncertain under UK law. The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, section 9(3), assigns copyright in computer-generated works to "the person by whom the arrangements necessary for the creation of the work are undertaken," but how this applies to content generated by language models is unsettled. To the extent that we hold any rights in output generated from your inputs, we assign those rights to you. Similar outputs may be generated for other users from similar inputs.
7.3 Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, violate any law, or breach any confidentiality obligation.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use GloriaMundo to:
- Send spam or unsolicited communications via workflows
- Scrape websites in violation of their terms of service
- Abuse connected accounts or exceed the permissions you have been granted
- Generate, store, or distribute illegal content
- Attempt to bypass the safety controls of upstream AI model providers
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
- Use the service to harm, harass, or defraud others
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
We apply rate limits and fair-use policies dynamically to protect service quality for all users. Compute-intensive operations (code execution, image generation, large document ingestion) may be subject to additional limits.
9. Subscriptions, credits, and payment
GloriaMundo operates on a subscription model with included credits. Credits are a prepayment for use of the service and are debited based on your usage of AI models and other metered features.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.
10. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Unused credits are not refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods.
11. Intellectual property
We own the GloriaMundo platform, its branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content. You own your workflows, configurations, and uploaded files. The open-source components we use remain under their respective licences.
12. Confidentiality
We treat your User Content, workflows, and connected account data as confidential. We will not disclose your content to other users or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy (sub-processors that need access to provide the service) or as required by law.
This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, already known to us without restriction, or independently developed without reference to your content.
13. Disclaimers and warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.

14. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING (£100). THIS CAP APPLIES WHETHER YOU ARE ON A PAID OR FREE PLAN.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY FOR: (A) DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE; (B) FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION; OR (C) ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GloriaMundo Ltd, its director, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the service

16.1 By you
You may terminate your account at any time by emailing [email protected].
16.2 By us
We may suspend your account immediately and without notice for breach of acceptable use (Section 8) or if required to comply with law. For other reasons, we will give you reasonable notice before terminating your account.
16.3 Effect of termination
On termination, your access to the service stops. Unused credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.
17. Changes to the service and to these terms
We may update the service from time to time, including adding, modifying, or removing features.
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or through the service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of GloriaMundo after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the service before the effective date.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising under these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
19. General
- Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
- Assignment: we may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign yours without our written consent.
